This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create and implement successful sales strategies to surpass regional sales targets.
• Drive new client acquisition by effectively prospecting and engaging mid-market Property Management Companies.
• Efficiently handle and close inbound sales leads and self-sourced opportunities, striving to close 50-75% of qualified leads.
• Proactively manage and forecast your client pipeline to ensure steady performance.
• Serve as a product specialist, effectively communicating the value proposition of Second Nature to Brokers, Owner-Operators, and Property Management decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to maintain brand consistency and align with market needs.
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers on client accounts.
• Network effectively with other vendors and property managers to broaden your outreach and discover new opportunities.
• Take initiative to propel tasks forward, establishing clear objectives, prioritizing actions, and operating with a sense of urgency.
• Continuously pursue feedback and learning opportunities to improve your sales performance.
• Proven history as a top performer in sales, consistently surpassing targets.
• 2-3 years of experience in tech sales.
• Highly self-driven with a strong motivation to close deals, generate leads, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• A consultative sales approach, skilled in asking insightful questions and identifying the buying motives of prospects.
• Flexible and adaptable, excited to face new challenges and master new products.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a sharp focus on priorities.
• Demonstrated persistence and determination in pursuing and securing opportunities.
• Possesses a friendly, competitive spirit along with a strong desire to achieve success.
