This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the concluding phases of the sales pipeline utilizing a consultative closing approach.
• Collaborate with SDR team members to maintain a robust prospect pipeline, assisting in initial stage efforts as needed.
• Catalyze substantial revenue growth by consistently surpassing quarterly sales objectives.
• Proactively manage a customer pipeline, providing updates for forecasting to the leadership team.
• Work in conjunction with sales, customer success, and business operations teams to enhance go-to-market strategies while sharing insights and best practices.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their purchasing journey.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle B2B Account Executive sales experience (preferably in SMB or mid-market).
• Demonstrated achievement of quotas at 90–100%+ over multiple quarters.
• Strong capabilities in discovery and consultative selling — adept at identifying business challenges and converting them into ROI dialogues.
• Experience managing deals within a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) with disciplined pipeline management.
• Confident in conducting virtual demos and presenting to business owners, managers, and finance executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex payment or software concepts.
• Ownership mentality: proactive self-starter who treats their territory as a personal business.
• Willingness to travel (anticipated once per quarter, but may vary based on team and customer events).
