• Develop and implement sales strategies specifically designed for the UK and Ireland markets to meet revenue goals.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients while seeking and engaging potential new clients.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure product offerings align with market needs.
• Track sales performance and provide consistent reports and forecasts to management.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent SASMAR and broaden professional connections.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or personal care sectors.
• Knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets, including an understanding of local regulations and market dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Outstanding negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to operate independently.
• Capability to analyze market data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Google Office and familiar with CRM tools.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
