This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of outbound prospecting and pipeline development throughout the Americas — identify the ideal plants, recognize champions, and secure meetings.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through demonstration, negotiations, and closing the deal.
• Navigate complex enterprise accounts involving multiple stakeholders, supplier onboarding protocols, and procurement challenges.
• Create sales materials based on the issues we have addressed for clients and the new opportunities we identify.
• Relay customer feedback into our product and AI framework — your engagements will influence our current and future developments.
• Collaborate with our current Sales Lead to establish effective reporting mechanisms.
• Travel extensively throughout Mexico, the USA, Canada, and Latin America to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English — you'll be conducting sales in both languages regularly.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience selling to complex organizations — managing multiple stakeholders, lengthy sales cycles, and authentic procurement processes.
• A self-motivated individual who constructs systems proactively rather than waiting for guidance. You are at ease with AI and have already automated essential aspects of your sales process using AI tools.
• Excellent communicator: you can simplify and convey technical concepts as urgent and relevant to operational buyers.
• Comfortable reporting directly to founders and addressing issues assertively when necessary.
• Knowledge of structured sales methodologies.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively across the Americas, including possessing a valid driving license.
• Competitive base salary based on location and experience, with *uncapped* commission (OTE range discussed during the initial call).
