• Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Interact with stakeholders from data, analytics, finance, operations, and executive levels.
• Facilitate in-depth consultative discussions regarding reporting workflows, executive communications, and operational procedures.
• Assist clients through evaluations, pilot programs, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams during technical assessments, security evaluations, and implementation strategies.
• Build robust multi-threaded relationships within customer organizations.
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and major enterprise accounts.
• Help enhance Rollstack’s sales strategies, messaging, and playbooks.
• Ensure meticulous pipeline management and operational discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise software, analytics, data, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• A solid grasp of analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or operational workflows.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
• A strong intellectual curiosity coupled with structured problem-solving skills.
• A high sense of ownership with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain startup environments.
• Capability to balance technical expertise with commercial execution.
• A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong Plus: Familiarity with Tableau, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Power BI, Snowflake, or contemporary data ecosystems.
