This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with major enterprise clients, typically founders of rapidly expanding startups.

• Assist clients in successfully launching and scaling their operations.

• Define partnership agreements including scope, pricing, and timelines.

• Streamline deal closures by addressing concerns and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.

• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and support.

• Lead with determination, empathy, and swift execution.

• Manage cross-functional projects that are top priorities for leadership.

• Develop and enhance systems to increase go-to-market productivity and prepare for significant growth.

• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or similar roles.

• Operational excellence demonstrated by consistently high performance.

• Leadership skills that inspire and attract exceptional talent.

• Attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy.

• Initiative and resourcefulness in navigating ambiguity.

• A strong passion for healthcare innovation.
