This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Robust.AI Sales Leadership to effectively size and position robotic solutions for both new and existing clients.
• Create, sustain, and enhance a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within our targeted market.
• Oversee and navigate the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing sales.
• Work closely with internal teams including solutions, marketing, product, and customer success to relay field feedback and ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners in our industry to broaden our market reach.
• Travel to client sites and spend time with prospects to evaluate and understand their current operations and the compatibility of our solution.
• Lead and drive the expansion of systems at early-stage customer locations.
• Compile status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent information.
• Enhance systems to accommodate the increasing demands of the customer.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify both successful and unsuccessful project components.
• Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure seamless transitions to deployment and ongoing scaling opportunities.
• Liaise and troubleshoot with the Robust engineering team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong familiarity with distribution and fulfillment operations.
• A proven history of achieving and surpassing sales goals and objectives.
• Capability to articulate technical and complex information both verbally and in writing.
• Self-driven and capable of resolving problems independently as well as in customer environments.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
• Knowledgeable and interested in a variety of technical subjects, including software, hardware, and robotics.
• Experience in managing and navigating intricate sales cycles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond effectively to high-pressure situations.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
