• Make cold calls to law firms across the U.S. (over 160 calls daily), identifying prospective clients and securing appointments to discuss our offerings.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to reveal operational challenges, record volumes, and potential areas for enhancing efficiency within law firms.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring that all activities and opportunities are accurately documented in our CRM system.
• Present our medical record retrieval solution through phone calls and virtual demonstrations, emphasizing value, ROI, and workflow enhancements.
• Successfully close sales meetings by adeptly addressing objections and obtaining firm commitments.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, onboarding, marketing) to facilitate smooth transitions from the sale to client onboarding.
• Attend 10-12 legal industry events each year in person for networking, generating new leads, and strengthening relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services as appropriate.
• At least 2 years of successful cold calling and B2B sales experience (preferably in legal services, SaaS, or the medical records/healthcare sector).
• Demonstrated history of closing deals and consistently surpassing sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, capable of presenting value rather than merely features.
• Proficient in conducting virtual demonstrations and presentations via Microsoft Teams to decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to attend 10-12 legal events in person each year (including conferences, trade shows, and masterminds).
• Competitive base salary along with uncapped commission potential.
• OTE (On-Target Earnings) for the first year: $80k - $100k.
