This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• The Sales team assists both prospective and current customers in fully utilizing our Global HR Platform.
• This team addresses incoming inquiries and guides customers on how to leverage Remote’s complete suite of products to fulfill their employment requirements.

• This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as an Account Executive within our Sales Team in the DACH region, where you can make a significant impact in the global employment sector.
• This role focuses exclusively on new business development as an Account Executive, aimed at generating net new business for Remote.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role or relevant SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• A proven track record in cultivating key customer relationships with decision-makers and advocates to drive successful client outcomes, expand accounts, and achieve revenue goals, as well as consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Native or professional fluency in German, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, with a demonstrated capability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in building outbound sales pipelines using a variety of channels, including cold calling.
• A high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being an active team member.
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
• Deep understanding of company services and their positioning within the industry.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Capable of accurately forecasting sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Experience in the HR industry is advantageous.
• While previous remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
