This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of current accounts in the beauty, spa, and wellness sectors.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing client participation through events, digital channels, and integrated marketing strategies.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor to clients.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals that align with clients' business goals.
• Conduct regular business assessments, offer campaign recommendations, and create tailored solutions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce to maintain effective account planning and revenue transparency month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter.
• Work in close collaboration with Editorial, Marketing, Event, and Customer Success teams to provide outstanding client experiences and enhance retention.
• Participate in and support sales initiatives at 3-5 major trade shows and industry events each year in New York, Las Vegas, FL, and other significant markets.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, media sales, events, marketing services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts, driving renewals, and surpassing revenue goals.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory; knowledge of Gong and Microsoft Business Suite is desirable.
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent skills in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Consultative sales approach with a keen understanding of client objectives, enabling the delivery of value-oriented solutions.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
