This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities.
• Manage a comprehensive full-cycle sales process from initial qualification through demonstration, pilot, proposal, and closure.
• Initiate with discovery and ROI. Every pricing discussion is anchored in quantified value before any figures are shared. You prepare for each call — understanding the client’s builds, overlapping markets, and their pain points before you reach out.
• Maintain pipeline discipline. Keep a clean CRM pipeline — accurate deal values, clear stage progression, and promptly close out dead deals. Your forecasts are your responsibility and are reviewed regularly.
• Prospect through various channels. LinkedIn serves as a primary activity generator — connecting with decision-makers, sharing content, and sourcing demonstrations. Complement this with email outreach, networking at conferences, and inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Conduct a structured handoff to Account Management after closure. You provide AM with customer context, use cases, and contract specifics, ensuring the account is set up for long-term success. You remain engaged after the signature — facilitating a seamless transition.
• Navigate complex multi-division sales. Homebuilders have divisions for land, construction, acquisition, and finance. You ensure stakeholder alignment across all divisions.
• Prepare for expansion opportunities. Deals typically start with one division or geography and grow. The strategic positioning you establish during the sales cycle enables future multi-market expansion.
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, successfully closing deals with multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proven track record of generating new business — self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, and cold outreach, rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Proficiency in navigating C-suite discussions and anchoring pricing conversations in ROI.
• Experience managing a CRM pipeline with diligence — accurate forecasting, clear deal stages, and honest pipeline management.
• Familiarity with AI tools as part of your daily operations — for prospect research, call preparation, follow-up drafting, and competitive analysis.
• Strong work ethic. You are quota-driven, prepare for every meeting, and ensure that deals don’t stall without a clear next step.
• Nice to Have: Experience selling to real estate, construction, homebuilding, or land development sectors. Background in an early-stage or high-growth startup where you contributed to building the sales process, not just executing it. Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies. Experience with modern CRM and prospecting tools. Conference selling experience — working at booths, holding on-site meetings, and converting event leads into pipeline.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for you; 30% coverage for dependents.
• Competitive salary along with significant early-stage equity.
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
• Hybrid/Remote work stipend.
• In-office perks: snacks, drinks, coffee, ping-pong table, and more — plus cuddles from Olive, our in-office Doberman!
• Budget allocated for intra-office travel.
• 2–3 annual team meetups in person.
