This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and engage potential customers through a variety of channels, such as industry events, virtual meetings, webinars, networking, cold calling, and utilizing existing relationships.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct customer-focused needs assessments to gain a thorough understanding of specific requirements.
• Present outcome-driven solutions that address unique challenges, including TCO, ROI, performance, timeline, and more.
• Lead intricate contract negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
• Stay updated on key trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling integrated solutions.
• Experience in selling automation systems for warehouses and distribution centers.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and a well-established network within supply chain and logistics companies.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of value-based selling (e.g., ROI, payback period, and NPV calculations).
• Familiarity with logistical challenges in the parcel, general merchandise, and 3PL environments.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, and other software systems utilized by customers.
• Solid experience in effective account management using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
