This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic market development and account strategy - Take charge of crafting and implementing the go-to-market strategy for our target sectors.
• Prospecting, sales cycle, and closing - Seek out and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Management and expansion of existing clients - Intentionally grow accounts and uncover additional revenue streams.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Revenue ownership - Accountable for achieving revenue targets and playing an active role in driving company growth.
• Forecasting and CRM management - Responsible for forecasting opportunities and planning the pipeline within the CRM system.
• Multiple years of B2B sales experience in selling software or SaaS solutions, preferably within our target industries or in an industrial/manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business (new logo sales) and closing intricate enterprise deals.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost engineering processes in our target sectors.
• Proficient in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level.
• High degree of ownership, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred: Strong network within our target industries and experience in selling technical software solutions.
