β’ Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Executives to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements, including Cloud, Modern Workspace, Cyber Security, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure.
β’ Oversee and enhance account relationships with senior executives while negotiating intricate deals that guarantee customer success and profitability.
β’ Remain informed about industry trends and suggest innovative solutions and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT environments.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in technology sales within a field-based or B2B setting, demonstrating a solid track record of success.
β’ Established client relationships that are open to discussions about competing for their business.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging, influencing, and persuading stakeholders at various organizational levels.
β’ High expertise in cold calling and developing personalized messaging to initiate meaningful dialogues and highlight Paragon Microβs solution offerings.
β’ Proven skill in solution-based selling and consultative sales methodologies to effectively meet complex customer needs.
β’ Resilient, self-driven, and goal-focused with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Established ability to consistently surpass revenue and margin targets, successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities while enhancing existing relationships.
β’ Strong relationship-building capabilities, with experience in engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
