This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct research to identify potential property owners interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts and assess their suitability.
• Implement outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to engage with traditional property owners.
• Initiate conversations with property owners to understand their needs, objectives, and any obstacles to joining PadSplit.
• Clearly communicate the advantages of PadSplit's model, such as enhanced revenue potential, streamlined management, and positive societal impact.
• Build trust-based relationships with property owners, serving as a reliable advisor to address their concerns and emphasize opportunities.
• Tailor hosting solutions according to the individual circumstances of property owners, including financial modeling, property suitability, and compliance considerations.
• Assist property owners through the decision-making process, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements for onboarding as PadSplit Hosts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new Hosts by providing accurate property information and expectations.
• Maintain thorough records in CRM systems, tracking outreach efforts, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
• Stay informed on the real estate market, competitive landscape, and legislative updates to effectively refine outreach and value propositions.
• Organize webinars or in-person sessions to inform property owners about PadSplit’s benefits and address common misconceptions.
• Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly within the real estate or property management sectors, with a history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and develop long-term relationships with property owners.
• High degree of self-discipline and motivation to excel in a remote, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to think quickly, overcome objections, and customize solutions to meet the specific needs of property owners.
• Understanding of the dynamics of real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is highly desirable.
• Proficient with CRM systems (we utilize Salesforce and Hubspot), sales enablement tools, and virtual communication platforms for outreach and reporting.
• Skilled at confidently presenting PadSplit’s value proposition through virtual meetings, calls, or live presentations.
• Capable of analyzing market data, calculating ROI, and conveying financial benefits to potential Hosts.
• Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and onboarding, to ensure a smooth experience for new Hosts.
• Resilient and resourceful in addressing challenges and driving results in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
