• Identify and assess new prospects from a combination of inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) leads.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and social selling to achieve monthly KPIs.
• Present customized pitches that highlight the exceptional financial and social impact of PadSplit.
• Conduct group presentations for real estate investors to illustrate PadSplit’s value proposition.
• Ensure accurate deal flow management in Salesforce and SalesLoft, facilitating timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless partner experience.
• Provide customer insights that contribute to refining our sales strategy and shaping product development.
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years in consultative B2B inside sales, demonstrating a history of exceeding targets.
• Proficient in phone, email, and text-based prospecting and outreach methods.
• Experienced in maintaining accurate data and workflows using Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
• Strong capability to engage, educate, and influence small to mid-market clients.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting via video to both groups and individuals.
• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate and the future of housing innovation.
