This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Enhance market share by driving new business initiatives.
• Increase wallet share within current accounts in the designated territory.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and advocate for services.
• Keep precise customer records utilizing automated systems.
• Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and service agreements.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal resources.
• Analyze sales data, performance indicators, and customer trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales or cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, operations, or a relevant field.
• Two (2) years of experience in customer-facing or support roles.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Familiarity with effective sales and account management strategies.
• Proficient in sales program administration, policies, and procedures.
• Skills in resolving customer issues and overcoming sales-related challenges.
• Understanding of testing services, equipment, and processes.
• Knowledge of computer systems related to sales and customer management.
• Strong communication practices for both customers and internal stakeholders.
