This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Promote awareness, enhance market presence, and drive the adoption of new products for designated clients within the Emerging Enterprise Segment (15-75 locations).
• Foster relationships and oversee contract renewals for clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance and expand client programs.
• Take ownership of the upsell sales process and perform product demonstrations.
• Build and nurture relationships through strategic outreach efforts.
• Create benchmark analyses to identify opportunities for brands.
• Oversee contractual processes and engage in negotiations with executives.
• Work alongside Customer Success post-sale to ensure effective program launches.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a sales role, ideally in the hospitality/restaurant sector, B2B SaaS/software, or payment solutions.
• Proactive, client-oriented, driven, and with a track record of success.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Well-organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks while under pressure.
• Highly driven and self-assured individual with a competitive edge yet a supportive team spirit.
• Proficient technical skills in software like PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, CRM, and data analytics tools.
• Capable of interpreting legal contracts and managing contract negotiations.
