This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of enterprise sales cycles from qualified opportunities through negotiation and closing, creating deals that deliver long-term value;
• Facilitate discovery, demonstration, and pricing discussions with HR leaders, consultants, brokers, and decision-makers at large organizations, establishing robust relationships in the process;
• Collaborate with our BDR team to drive new business opportunities through outbound initiatives;
• Maintain a high level of activity to ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline;
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Nutrition & Community teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies.
• Possess 2-4 years of experience in selling within the employee benefits, wellness, or digital health sector in the U.S.;
• Demonstrate a proven history of closing enterprise-level deals and consistently surpassing revenue targets;
• Be comfortable managing the complete enterprise cycle, from qualified opportunity to closure;
• Think commercially: possess an understanding of pricing, positioning, and long-term account growth;
• Exhibit strong negotiation skills to navigate multi-stakeholder environments;
• Flourish in entrepreneurial environments where structure is evolving and impact is evident;
• Be enthusiastic about contributing to the building of something rather than merely functioning within it.
