This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Manage primary sales account interactions, administration, and customer communication
β’ Cultivate customer relationships to improve retention and expand market share
β’ Execute sales initiatives in alignment with the company's sales strategy and core values
β’ Create, sustain, and expand a new business pipeline
β’ Conduct forecasting, analysis, reporting, and inquiries to enhance customer market insights
β’ 5-10 years of experience in front-line sales account management
β’ A degree in marketing or business, or equivalent education or experience
β’ Proficient technical knowledge in pricing, negotiation, and contract management
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
