This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership and consistently meet or surpass annual sales targets for enterprise accounts.
• Manage comprehensive enterprise sales processes, encompassing prospecting, solution development, negotiation, and finalization.
• Identify and cultivate significant, strategic opportunities centered around Agentic AI, CCaaS, and digital customer experience transformation.
• Formulate and implement account strategies for intricate, multi-stakeholder global accounts.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders.
• Advocate for AI-driven automation, virtual agents, and customer experience transformation solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery, partners) to guarantee solution compatibility and successful execution.
• Enhance existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and enterprise-wide agreements.
• Lead virtual global account teams to ensure synchronized execution.
• Stay informed about market trends in Agentic AI, GenAI, automation, and customer experience technologies.
• Over 12 years of enterprise software sales experience (required), showcasing a strong history of meeting sales quotas.
• Demonstrated success in selling Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, and CCaaS solutions to large enterprises.
• A strong hunter mentality with the capability to acquire new clients and expand strategic accounts.
• Experience in managing large, complex deals worth millions of dollars.
• In-depth knowledge of customer experience transformation, automation, and SaaS platforms.
• Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at the CXO and VP levels.
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation proficiency.
• Ability to function effectively within a matrixed global organization and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• High level of ownership, self-motivation, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
