This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within designated territories or industry sectors. Employ market research, networking, and cold-calling strategies to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. Comprehend client needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively propose customized data and AI solutions that meet their business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver thorough product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition of our Data and AI solutions. Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize sales to meet revenue objectives.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in CRM systems. Forecast sales projections and provide regular updates on progress to sales management.
• Remain informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Data and AI. Utilize this knowledge to effectively position our offerings and distinguish ourselves from competitors.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with the overall objectives of the company. Offer valuable field insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO, providing insights and analysis while participating in high-level decision-making. Your role will connect overarching strategy with operational execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategic priorities. Additionally, streamline efforts across the organization to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and financial goals. Your oversight will require attention to detail and proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary communication point for internal and external stakeholders. Your effective communication will ensure transparency and build strong relationships both within and outside the company. You will also be expected to prepare and manage executive briefings, presentations, and meetings.
• As a key leader in the organization, you will be expected to set an example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise sales, particularly in selling complex technology solutions, ideally within the Data and AI sector.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to understand technical concepts related to Data and AI.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
