This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop strategic business plans that detail your approach to managing sales and growing business in the region, including the creation of innovative marketing events.

• Build relationships with key C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across a wide array of product lines.

• Lead and coordinate account strategies by mapping client relationships and utilizing a diverse virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehending your customers' unique business challenges and providing guidance on how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their IT and business strategies.

• Collaborate with internal specialists and support teams to ensure that the appropriate resources are engaged at the right time to effectively close deals.

• Consistently cultivate a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities within your territory.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of existing and prospective customers.

• Act as a frontline subject matter expert (SME) on all ServiceNow products and solutions, attending relevant classes, certifications, and seminars related to the industry, services, and products.

• Reach out to both regular and prospective customers to understand their business needs and communicate how ServiceNow solutions can assist them.

• Keep track of market trends, product innovations, competitor offerings, pricing, and sales activities.

• Prepare sales budgets and reports, maintain sales records, and present findings to key leadership and stakeholders, including delivering biweekly forecasts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in selling ServiceNow solutions or competing SaaS products.

• Preferred existing relationships at the field level within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Experience in selling consulting and integration services specifically to the Technology and Telecommunications industry verticals.

• Proven ability to generate new business, cultivate relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-Level connections.

• Experience managing multiple simultaneous sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure.

• A demonstrated and consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Successful experience in evaluating, establishing, and nurturing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Excellent client relationship skills, with demonstrated experience in developing consultative and influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders.

• A strategic mindset with the capability to understand the broader context and align sales strategies with overarching IT and business goals.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
