This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass designated revenue targets
• Guide a consultative sales process to develop solutions for prospects' business challenges
• Conduct thorough discovery calls to uncover issues, their impacts, ideal resolutions, and the advantages of addressing these issues
• Involve relevant team members and necessary resources to showcase and assess products and services tailored to a prospect's optimal solution
• Actively participate in the design and presentation of customized demonstrations and product showcases for qualified clients alongside assigned solution engineers and support teams
• Collaborate on mutual success plans with prospects to effectively and efficiently navigate their purchasing journey
• Partner with sales engineers and the service delivery team to convey insights regarding client business requirements and solution/engagement expectations for the creation of Statements of Work
• Prospect, network, and work together with team members (including practice directors, marketing, business development, etc.) to cultivate a robust opportunity pipeline
• Provide accurate forecasts of opportunities based on realistic evaluations and maintain proper CRM management
• Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in selling Acumatica or comparable mid-market ERP/Financial Management software or similar cloud-based solutions and services
• Experience in selling to the construction sector within SMB and Mid-Market companies is highly preferred
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while also being an active team contributor
• Experience in consultative sales, encouraging companies to adopt different perspectives
• Demonstrated history of surpassing goals and quotas
• Consistent track record in generating new business and managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
• Goal-oriented, activity-focused, and proficient with technology
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
