This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Develop and nurture robust client relationships through effective communication, attentive listening, and tailored service, ensuring clients feel appreciated, informed, and valued.
• Anticipate client requirements and proactively recognize opportunities to enhance value, providing strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Efficiently manage and resolve client issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
• Propel revenue growth by identifying and leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.
• Create and execute strategic account plans that align with business objectives.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts.
• Stay informed about emerging industry trends and technologies, evaluating their implications for clients' businesses.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management within an agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize activities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and Windows OS.
