• Sustain momentum throughout extended sales cycles and production lead times.
• Formulate territory growth strategies and execute plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Demonstrated success in pure new business sales positions.
• Proven history of acquiring and closing new accounts.
• Experience in high-volume outbound or consultative sales environments.
• Proficient in managing longer sales cycles and complex purchasing processes.
• Self-driven individual capable of independently achieving territory success.
• Highly motivated by commission, growth opportunities, and commercial impact.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, food, or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
