• Manage essential client relationships.

• Oversee and refine the revenue cycle process for clients.
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities for streamlining operations, enhancing billing accuracy, and boosting revenue collection.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and client-specific policies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to the revenue cycle.
• Create and present client-specific reports that offer insights into revenue trends and operational performance.
• Promptly investigate and resolve escalated billing or collection issues.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Professional - CRCP) are preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or comparable healthcare finance roles.
• RCM experience is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, compliance, and insurance processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to set and maintain priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with multiple demands and interruptions.
• Proficient in working and communicating effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including other department managers, staff, physicians, patients, and the client.
• Advanced proficiency in RCM software, Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives, utilizing technology and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Must be adaptable to changes in regulations, technologies, and industry trends, adjusting the revenue cycle management strategy as needed.
