This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate a consistent pipeline by actively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition and return on investment of Maropost's multi-channel solutions throughout the prospect buyer journey.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial opportunity identification to successful closure.
• Achieve and surpass quotas while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Proactively develop and update individual territory strategies to enhance growth.
• Manage, qualify, and convert leads sourced from inbound inquiries and partnerships.
• Master the Maropost Sales process to ensure a consistent and repeatable sales experience with a high conversion rate.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, seasonality, and business developments, while continuously monitoring competitor activities.
• Collaborate across departments to build enduring relationships.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, prospects, customers, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Utilize AI-driven sales tools to prioritize leads, tailor outreach, and enhance deal conversion rates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding New Business quotas within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Strong fundamental sales skills, along with business and sales acumen.
• Previous experience in commerce sectors such as Ecommerce, retail, marketing automation, and merchandising.
• Proven method for identifying greenfield opportunities and establishing a new territory.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, external prospects, and clients.
• Background in a high-growth SaaS environment characterized by rapid change.
• Experience in generating new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages, video prospecting, and converting inbound demand.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gong, HubSpot, M365, Apollo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
