This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the acquisition of new customers by targeting and finalizing agreements with brokerages that are below the enterprise level.
β’ Take full responsibility for the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
β’ Offer solutions that provide significant value, establishing our platform as an essential tool for brokerages.
β’ Effectively manage the sales pipeline to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and enhance customer retention.
β’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of our products, industry developments, and customer challenges.
β’ Keep accurate records for forecasting and maintain CRM standards.
β’ Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas in SaaS or real estate technology sectors.
β’ Capability to sell in a consultative manner, identifying needs and aligning solutions for sustainable success.
β’ Strong skills in negotiation and closing, emphasizing high-quality and high-retention agreements.
β’ Experience in selling to real estate brokerages or related sectors is an advantage.
β’ Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and take ownership of your achievements.
