This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• KPI is in search of a seasoned Account Executive who is creative, team-oriented, and driven.
• The Account Executive will be tasked with retaining and expanding the KPI customer base.
• This role will collaborate with Concepting and Estimating, Solutions, Engineering, and LTS to determine the optimal solution for the client.
• Design and implement a KPI sales strategy aimed at penetrating new markets and enhancing existing accounts.
• Foster revenue retention and growth, ensure account profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work in partnership with all departments to deliver comprehensive KPI solutions.
• Engage with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their needs, challenges, organizational structure, and purchasing criteria.
• Conduct customer presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of KPI’s solutions, products, and services.
• Pursue long-term account strategies focused on optimizing both KPI's profits and the customer’s ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an advanced degree.
• Generally, 10+ years of proven experience in complex solution sales or a related area, demonstrating key responsibilities associated with essential job duties.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts in a dynamic, high-growth, and deadline-oriented environment effectively.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is required.
• Regular travel (50-75%) may be necessary as needed.
• Highly motivated professional with the ability to pursue new business opportunities confidently, showcasing excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to engage with C-suite executives to prospect, negotiate, and finalize complex sales.
