• KPI is looking for a seasoned Account Executive who embodies innovation, collaboration, and motivation.
• The Account Executive will be tasked with retaining and expanding the KPI customer base.
• This role will involve working closely with Concepting and Estimating, Solutions, Engineering, and LTS to determine the optimal solution for clients.
• Develop and implement KPI sales strategies aimed at penetrating new markets and enhancing existing accounts.
• Focus on driving revenue retention and growth, ensuring account profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with all departments to deliver a comprehensive KPI solution.
• Engage with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their needs, challenges, organizational structure, and purchasing criteria.
• Conduct customer presentations that clearly express the value proposition of KPI’s solutions, products, and services.
• Pursue long-term account strategies that aim to maximize both KPI profits and customer ROI.
• A BS/BA in a relevant field or an advanced degree.
• Generally, a minimum of 10 years of successful experience in complex solution sales or a related area, with proven capability in key responsibilities outlined in the job accountabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
• High proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly (50-75%) as needed.
• A highly motivated professional with the ability to pursue new business opportunities confidently, possessing excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be capable of engaging with C-suite executives to prospect, negotiate, and finalize multifaceted sales.
