This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass designated revenue goals by effectively managing and growing sales within current accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers at designated accounts, including owners, buyers, dispensary managers, budtenders, and other pertinent stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Kiva Trade Marketing Managers and retail partners to create and execute Sales Driving Activities that encompass, but are not limited to: promotional programs, contests/incentives, displays and merchandising, product launches, brand and product training, and other initiatives designed to boost sales and increase brand visibility.

• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, strategy formulation, and performance assessment.

• Identify and pursue new business prospects within the assigned market, including targeting new accounts and expanding the distribution of Kiva brands and products within existing accounts.

• Aid in achieving company-assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to field activities, sales, distribution, and brand recognition.

• Manage and execute daily interactions with retailers and all relevant field operations within the Salesforce platform. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the accuracy and currency of all retailer contact information, documenting all interactions and activities, and overseeing any follow-up tasks or actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing Key Account relationships, with a proven history of generating substantial revenue.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer, and/or cannabis is highly preferred.

• We seek individuals who demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a competitive spirit, and exceptional customer relationship skills!

• Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.

• Experience with distribution ERP systems is a plus.

• Must possess reliable transportation and be able to meet Motor Vehicle Report requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills are a must.

• Experience working with a well-recognized, premium brand company is advantageous.

• A passion for the cannabis industry is essential!
