This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with Key Accounts and other assigned accounts within a designated market.
• Meet revenue goals and create collaborative initiatives with Kiva's retail partners.
• Establish connections and discover new business prospects within the assigned territory.
• Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, playing a pivotal role in the execution of sales strategies.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading and managing Key Account relationships, demonstrating a successful history of generating substantial revenue.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer, and/or cannabis is highly preferred.
• We seek individuals who show a strong commitment to excellence, possess a competitive spirit, and have outstanding customer relation skills!
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Experience with distribution ERP systems is an advantage.
• Must have reliable transportation and meet Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills are a must.
• Experience working with well-known premium brand companies is preferred.
• A passion for the cannabis industry is essential!
