• Conducting market mapping and researching potential clients and their business needs, fostering relationships with target customers.
• Participating in networking events and managing event attendance.
• Clearly articulating Jumio’s offerings along with competitive products, pricing structures, and proposal models.
• Finalizing deals that enable the capture of market share from competitors.
• Building connections through calls, emails, meetings, and conferences.
• Asking insightful questions to gather in-depth information, enabling effective solution presentations to prospects.
• Keeping precise records of all sales activities to maintain and further develop Jumio’s sales pipeline.
• Cultivating enduring, positive, and productive relationships with Jumio’s clients, obtaining referrals and testimonials that generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with team members in pre-sales, marketing, and account management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Current understanding of the ID verification, AML, or KYC markets.
• Proven success in building relationships with Enterprise Accounts at the C-Level, achieving sales targets of $1-2M+ annually.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling value-added software solutions to new clients.
• Exceptional ability to identify and convey value to customers through both written and verbal communication.
• Strong prospecting skills with experience in prioritizing potential clients.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities.
• Skills in forecasting, financial planning, and strategic development.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SFDC.
• Established network of contacts within regional enterprise customers.
• Awareness and insights into competitor products.
• A degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Documented experience handling deal sizes of $150K and above.
• Comfortable navigating sales cycles that range from 3 to 9 months.
