This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate new business opportunities and stimulate revenue growth.
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle from the initial engagement to contract execution.
• Assess prospect needs and provide impactful product presentations.
• Keep precise and current pipeline information within the CRM system.
• Build strong foundational relationships with new clients throughout the sales process.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation and follow-up campaigns.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals in accordance with company goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing position.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle and secure new business.
• Strong grasp of consultative selling techniques.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional time and pipeline management capabilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for research, communication, and sales preparation.
• Ability to employ AI for drafting outreach messages, summarizing client information, and enhancing efficiency.
