This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and prioritize incoming and warm leads while ensuring regular follow-ups
• Cultivate relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and asset managers
• Monitor pipeline activity and keep precise CRM records
• Organize site visits and deliver customized proposals to potential partners
• Manage the complete sales cycle from the initial inquiry to the signed contract
• Collaborate with founders and operations to advance deals and secure opportunities
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management
• Demonstrated success in managing pipelines and closing sales
• Excellent verbal communication and professional writing skills
• Comfortable conducting sales calls and presenting solutions to clients
• Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
• Experience selling to U.S. customers (preferred)
• Background in selling to property managers, ownership groups, or real estate companies (preferred)
• Base salary of $2,000 – $3,000 per month plus unlimited commission
• Full-time position with a fully remote work setup
