This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage and expand a designated portfolio of clients for Intermedia’s hosted communication and cloud solutions, focusing on both customer retention and growth.
• Create and implement strategies for account development to discover, qualify, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customers.
• Actively seek and secure new clients by utilizing outbound marketing campaigns, targeted outreach efforts, and partner referrals to grow Intermedia’s customer base.
• Interact with clients through various inbound and outbound channels, delivering consultative solutions tailored to their business requirements.
• Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of Intermedia’s platform.
• Conduct online demonstrations that showcase the features, services, and integrations of Intermedia’s offerings.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate migrations, platform upgrades, and customized solution planning.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Intermedia’s complete product range to effectively position offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Regularly meet or exceed sales targets by balancing efforts between customer retention and generating new revenue streams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, and/or account management, along with relevant educational qualifications.
• Proven success in one or more of the following areas: sales, partner-driven sales, and building executive relationships.
• A solid understanding of solution-oriented and value-based selling, ideally gained from experience in the enterprise business applications sector.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as this role requires interaction with a diverse range of individuals daily.
• Strong collaborative skills are necessary to thrive in a highly matrixed work environment.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and performing under pressure to meet changing deadlines; adaptable to last-minute changes without losing composure.
• Customer and employee-focused, with a proven ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in computer skills is required, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.), CRM systems, and other databases.
• Familiarity with UCaaS or similar technologies is preferred.
