This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Advocate for Interface carpet tiles and resilient flooring among architecture & design professionals, end users, and dealers/flooring contractors.
• Expand key market segments such as corporate, education, multi-family housing, healthcare, and government sectors.
• Identify and seize project opportunities while building, maintaining, and expanding annuity accounts to achieve consistent year-over-year sales growth in the designated territory.
• Collaborate in a team setting to enhance Interface’s business across all major market segments and product lines.
• Establish new and nurture existing relationships to drive specifications with assigned key end users and architecture & design firms.
• Familiarize yourself with the Interface sales process tailored for key market segments and products.
• Recognize and eliminate obstacles to closing sales effectively.
• Utilize sales support resources effectively and perform administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable educational background is preferred.
• Ideally possess at least three years of sales experience or relevant industry experience (preferably in commercial sales within the construction or interiors industry).
• Strong business insight and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.
• A willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities, including experience with virtual presentations.
• Capability to effectively plan and prioritize an independent work schedule.
