• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and following up on leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to comprehend business challenges, technical needs, and stakeholder priorities.
• Assess prospects using frameworks such as budget, authority, need, and timing.
• Create and deliver proposals, including ROI models and solution summaries, that align with customer goals and Integris service offerings.
• Collaborate with CX and internal teams to define and price customized technology solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the cycle.
• Diligently log all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activities in ConnectWise or other CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to enhance sales effectiveness and remain updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain professional expertise by researching industry trends, customer demands, and competitive positioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the MSP, SaaS, or IT services industry.
• For Senior Account Executives: A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the MSP, SaaS, or IT services sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Account Executive role or a similar strategic position.
