This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, referral generation, networking, and follow-up on leads.
β’ Conduct discovery calls and meetings to gain insights into business challenges, technical requirements, and stakeholder priorities.
β’ Assess prospects based on budget, authority, need, timing, or similar frameworks.
β’ Create and present proposals, including ROI models and solution overviews, that align with customer objectives and Integris service offerings.
β’ Collaborate with CX and internal teams to define and price customized technology solutions.
β’ Manage the sales process from the initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the cycle.
β’ Accurately log all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activities in ConnectWise or other CRM systems.
β’ Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition.
β’ Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to enhance sales efficacy and remain updated on product knowledge.
β’ Maintain professional expertise by researching industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MSP, SaaS, or IT services industries.
