• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, referral generation, networking, and follow-up on leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to gain insights into business challenges, technical requirements, and stakeholder priorities.
• Assess prospects based on budget, authority, need, timing, or similar frameworks.
• Create and present proposals, including ROI models and solution overviews, that align with customer objectives and Integris service offerings.
• Collaborate with CX and internal teams to define and price customized technology solutions.
• Manage the sales process from the initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the cycle.
• Accurately log all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activities in ConnectWise or other CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to enhance sales efficacy and remain updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain professional expertise by researching industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MSP, SaaS, or IT services industries.
