This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, referral generation, networking, and follow-ups on leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to gain insights into business challenges, technical needs, and stakeholder priorities.
• Assess prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing, or similar evaluation frameworks.
• Create and present proposals, which include ROI models and solution outlines, that align with customer goals and Integris service offerings.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and internal teams to define and price customized technology solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the cycle.
• Diligently record all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activities in ConnectWise or other CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline development, conversion rates, and client acquisition.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to enhance sales effectiveness and remain updated on product knowledge.
• Keep professional expertise current by researching industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MSP, SaaS, or IT services industry.
