This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of your territory and manage your schedule — this is a genuine field sales position.
• Carry out 8–12 face-to-face agency visits each day, four days a week.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business (initially outbound).
• Communicate product value with clarity, confidence, and significant business impact.
• Keep track of activities, pipelines, and conversion metrics in HubSpot.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development or outside sales (preferably in insurance, financial services, field sales, or a related field).
• Demonstrated capability to generate your own leads and close deals without relying on MQLs.
• Knowledge of insurance agents or familiarity with small business B2B buyers is highly advantageous.
• High tolerance for outbound activities — comfortable with cold calling, in-person visits, and managing objections.
• Self-driven, confident communicator with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Travel required: In-field four days a week along with participation in regional and national industry events.
