This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote database business solutions to organizations within a specified territory.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers within enterprises to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business requirements.
• Generate new accounts and devise strategies for the growth of existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales technical teams to fully grasp customer requirements and tailor the right solution accordingly.
• Identify customer business challenges and mobilize resources to address these issues; develop business proposals based on these needs.
• Deliver a personalized level of customer service that emphasizes the significance of customer satisfaction.
• 1-3 years of applicable sales or business development experience, ideally in software sales.
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Familiarity with software development tools and the software development lifecycle is advantageous.
• Highly organized, disciplined planner and executor with strong strategic thinking and conceptual capabilities.
• Outstanding telemarketing abilities, including making cold calls.
• Exceptional skills in crafting and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience with call management systems; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Successful history of selling comprehensive business solutions.
• Superior executive selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
