This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve individual new business Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals aligned with team and organizational objectives.
• Develop, oversee, and sustain a robust and qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and focused account engagement.
• Manage the complete sales process, encompassing discovery, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver customized proposals that meet customer needs.
• Interact with various stakeholders across departments such as operations, quality, supply chain, procurement, and IT.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and formal proposals with input from cross-functional teams.
• Keep precise and current opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Work alongside marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and ensure timely follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and transition after a sale.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to shape the sales strategy.
• Background in B2B SaaS or solution-oriented sales.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing new business sales targets.
• Experience in managing comprehensive sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Commercial insight with the capability to convey value-based propositions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and competent in managing priorities autonomously.
• Experience in selling to the Food & Beverage sector, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of quality management, compliance, or supply chain software solutions.
• Awareness of industry standards or frameworks (e.g., FSMA, BRC, IFS).
• Experience in an EMEA-focused sales context.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
