This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• New Business Development: Identify, pitch, and secure new accounts to enhance territory and increase revenue.
• Account Management: Establish and cultivate robust relationships with current partners to promote adoption, reorders, and client loyalty.
• Product Education: Provide training to providers on products, treatment protocols, and outcomes to ensure confidence and consistent results.
• Territory Strategy & Execution: Design and implement territory strategies aimed at maximizing revenue, visibility, and market penetration.
• Sales Performance & Pipeline Management: Keep an accurate sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, and proactively manage opportunities.
• Corporate Hygiene & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in Salesforce; ensure timely reporting and adherence to corporate processes.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent HydroPeptide with professionalism, expertise, and passion at all client interactions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Education, and Operations teams to assist with product launches, promotional initiatives, and events.
• Proven Sales Performer: 3–5+ years in professional skincare or medical aesthetics, consistently surpassing targets.
• Existing Book of Business: Strong connections with accounts and decision-makers—prepared to drive immediate results.
• Skincare Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of treatments, protocols, and products to educate and influence providers.
• New Business Hunter: Proficient in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Strategic & Data-Driven: Plans and executes territory strategies, manages pipeline, and utilizes metrics to enhance performance.
• CRM Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms—ensures accurate record-keeping, forecasting, and reporting.
• Relationship Builder: Quickly establishes trust with providers, partners, and internal teams.
• Self-Starter & Entrepreneurial: Independent, proactive, and results-oriented in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent Communicator: Confident in presenting, demonstrating, and educating clients.
• Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to participate in booth set up and break down & stand for up to 8 hours on your feet
• Up to 50% travel required
