• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals on new business opportunities.
• Maintain a balanced sales approach with approximately **50% inbound and 50% outbound activity**, demonstrating proficiency in both converting warm leads and proactively seeking new opportunities.
• Convert incoming leads while also actively generating a pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct consultative sales processes to identify customer needs and align them with customized SaaS solutions.
• Present engaging product demonstrations and business cases to various stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
• Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Manage a multi-product sales strategy across Skillko, DoneSafe, and HandsHQ.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships, with a minor emphasis on land-and-expand opportunities after the sale.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to enhance deal success and customer satisfaction.
• Travel (~10%) for industry events, conferences, and occasional in-person meetings to aid in pipeline development and relationship building.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales.
• Proven success in consistently surpassing new business targets.
• Strong background in full-cycle sales (from prospecting to closing).
• Demonstrated capacity to manage both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
• Proficient in consultative/value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
• Confident communicator capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Familiar with Salesforce and contemporary sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
• Experience selling to UK or Irish markets.
