This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Identify and generate new business opportunities with producers, traders, and distributors.
β’ Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, from lead generation to closing and ramp-up.
β’ Collaborate with distributors and partners to facilitate contract agreements.
β’ Maintain a consistent and organized management of the pipeline within the CRM.
β’ Support commercial expansion in key agricultural regions of LATAM (Colombia, Central America, and Mexico).
β’ Work alongside customer success managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process and renewals.
β’ Represent Layers at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
β’ Provide customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvements.
β’ Contribute to refining sales processes and the go-to-market strategy.
β’ Proven experience in agricultural sales with a strong network of decision-making contacts.
β’ Consultative profile: ability to listen first, understand client needs, and build proposals based on ROI.
β’ Confidence in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from agronomists to senior executives.
β’ Knowledge of the commodities market (soybeans, cotton, corn, sugarcane) and mills is a significant advantage.
