• Identify and generate new business opportunities with producers, traders, and distributors.
• Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, from lead generation to closing and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to facilitate contract agreements.
• Maintain a consistent and organized management of the pipeline within the CRM.
• Support commercial expansion in key agricultural regions of LATAM (Colombia, Central America, and Mexico).
• Work alongside customer success managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process and renewals.
• Represent Layers at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvements.
• Contribute to refining sales processes and the go-to-market strategy.
• Proven experience in agricultural sales with a strong network of decision-making contacts.
• Consultative profile: ability to listen first, understand client needs, and build proposals based on ROI.
• Confidence in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from agronomists to senior executives.
• Knowledge of the commodities market (soybeans, cotton, corn, sugarcane) and mills is a significant advantage.
