• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from start to finish, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing, while managing a quota.
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders in IT, HR, and Operations, ranging from individual contributors to VP and C-suite executives.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of prospects’ ITSM workflows and challenges, and effectively communicate our AI automation solutions as measurable business value.
• Create and maintain your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, following up on inbound leads, and leveraging partnerships—taking proactive steps to generate leads.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the CRM, while reporting on activities, conversion rates, and revenue in relation to targets.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, providing market insights and competitive feedback that directly impacts product development and positioning.

• Over 5 years of experience in quota-carrying, closing roles in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for technical or platform products aimed at both business and technical audiences.
• Established ability to conduct multi-stakeholder sales processes and communicate effectively with both practitioners and executives.
• Excellent skills in discovery, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling, with the capability to translate technical features into business benefits.
• A self-motivated, high-agency individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic early-stage environment and is comfortable creating processes rather than relying on existing ones.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce), with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Located in the United States and capable of working remotely (preference for the east coast), with a willingness to occasionally travel to the NY headquarters and for customer meetings/events.
• Competitive salary and equity.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k) plan with company matching.
• Premium in-office equipment or a stipend for a home office (for remote employees).
• And many more.
