• Take ownership of the entire sales process: from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, proposal creation, and deal closure.
• Enhance your understanding of our hardware, software, and cloud services to effectively position our solutions.
• Establish robust, consultative relationships with prospects and clients to identify their business needs and offer customized solutions.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline while accurately forecasting revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and management to ensure that deals align with customer needs and implementation schedules.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor activities, report outcomes, and continuously improve your sales strategy.
• Provide valuable feedback to product development, marketing, and operations teams to enhance our go-to-market strategies.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets.
• 2–5 years of comprehensive B2B sales experience, ideally within the technology, IT solutions, or cloud/SaaS/hardware sectors.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a growing startup team.
• Comfortable engaging in outbound prospecting and maintaining a high level of activity.
• Previous experience with an IT Value-Added Reseller (VAR) is preferred.
