This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting product demonstrations, crafting proposals, and closing deals.
• Enhance product knowledge across hardware, software, and cloud services to effectively position solutions.
• Establish strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients to identify business needs and provide customized solutions.
• Manage a sales pipeline and accurately predict monthly and quarterly revenue.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and leadership to ensure alignment of deals with customer requirements and implementation schedules.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor activities, report outcomes, and continuously improve sales strategies.
• Offer insights to product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Meet and exceed established targets.
• 2–5 years of comprehensive B2B sales experience (ideally in technology, IT solutions, or cloud/SaaS/hardware sectors).
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing startup team.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and maintaining a high level of activity.
• Experience working for an IT Value Added Reseller (VAR).
